How do I get shared custody and equal time with my child? What are my rights?, by john peters

I live in Manitoba Canada in the same small town as my 6 year old son and I only get to see him every other weekend. Nobody seems to want to help me; or thinks that I have a good chance at getting shared custody with equal time. What do I have to do to get it and is there anyone who can help me?

I am writing to see if i can get any advice about my recent perdicument I recently have been trying to rerconcilate with my ex girl friend and its not working out we have one child to gether we also have an agreement in place one week on one week of can she go to court to cange this agrement
